The house utilizes the August Smart Lock system.
You can download the August App onto your mobile phone to open the door. Please download the app a few days before you arrive at the house and link it with your Airbnb App. I can help with this process if you run into any problems. To Unlock: Enter the 4 digit passcode and hit the red "August" button on the bottom of the keypad
To Lock: Just press the red "August" button on the bottom of the keypad
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 10 AM on weekends and 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays.
No activities are allowed in the backyard after 10 PM.
The City of Henderson is very strict.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.

The house Is equipped with an Ecobee Smart Thermostat located in the hallway to make you comfortable.
In the summer these thermostats also operate the air conditioning. Simply slide the bar to set the temperature.
